 a refund if you return your item to us within
 30 days.
 If there are problems with an item you have received, please do not
 hesitate to contact us.
 How to submit a return request:
 Click on the profile icon in the store navigation
 or go to the refund policy or the returns page
 returns, then request a return.
 1. Log in to your account:
 2. In the **Email** field enter your email address,
 then click on **Continue**.
 3. In your email account open the email sent by our
 shop and copy the six-digit verification code that
 it is included.
 4. Go back to the online store, then enter the coupon code
 six-digit verification.
 5. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
 6. If your order includes more than one item, select  
the items you wish to return.
 7. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the
 shop.
 8. Click on **Request return**. If your return request
 is approved and requires shipping, you will receive
 an email with shipping instructions and
 a return shipping label. Once
 returned the product, you will receive a refund.
